‘Mill Green’s uniqueness is our commitment to encourage, celebrate and share every step as a success’

Mill Green is seeking to appoint an inspiring Headteacher, following the recent retirement of the previous postholder.

We are extremely proud to be an Ofsted ‘outstanding’ specialist SEN provision for learners aged 14-19, all of whom have an EHCP. There are currently 110 students on-roll, with a formal agreed expansion to 130 in forthcoming years.

All our stakeholders have a very strong shared vision and aim to prepare students for the wider world; we are proud of the strong links and relationships established between students, parents, governors and the wider community and hope to further develop these links in the future. Our curriculum is diverse and engaging, with vocational opportunity in abundance.

We are looking to appoint someone who is:
• highly motivated
• enthusiastic
• committed to continuous improvement
• meeting the needs of the whole school community
• interested in a new challenge

In return we can offer you:
• enthusiastic students
• a dedicated staff team
• outstanding continued professional development opportunities
• lots of fun as we learn, laugh and work together

We look forward to receiving your application.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
