Job Description
A vacancy has arisen for a full time Holiday Food and Activity Officer (HAF) within the Early Help team.
These are very busy teams working across a number of Children’s Centres with multi agency teams co-located across the centres.

This position is a fixed term contract subject to HAF funding. Funding has been secured until March 2025.

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within office administration with good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and to co-ordinate the work within the HAF programme.

Duties include:
• Providing a co-ordinated approach between the Holiday Activities and Food Project and other internal Council departments and key partners.
• Provide administrative and business support to the Holiday Activities and Food project, it’s subgroups and other meetings.
• Assist in the development of action plans, arising from project and service reviews.

The hours of work are 37 hours per week, covering office core hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm

Applicants must hold an NVQ in business Administration or evidence of working towards.

There is a requirement to work flexibly across St Helens.
