We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic Mental Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator. Cowley has an excellent reputation for providing a caring, supportive environment for all our students. We require someone to deliver effective and efficient mental health and wellbeing support to our students.
The successful candidate will need strong communication skills enabling them to work with a variety of partners, patience, resilience, strength of character and friendly determination, in dealing with some of our most vulnerable pupils and families and the agencies that work with them.
Applicants will have the skills and commitment to support families and their children from across the school, during times of need.
