In this role, you will collaborate with teachers to enhance the learning and development of our youngest pupils. You will foster independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion among children, supporting them in accessing the Early Years curriculum, engaging in learning activities, and achieving their milestones. Candidates should be prepared to assist children with personal care and medical needs in accordance with school policies. Support may be required in a small group setting, within the whole class, or on a one-to-one basis.
Candidates should be committed to ongoing professional development and able to work effectively as part of a skilled, knowledgeable, and positive team. Creativity in meeting the diverse needs of pupils is essential. We offer a chance to make a meaningful impact on the school and the wider community, along with extensive training and development opportunities.
