The Early Education Entitlement Team are looking to appoint an efficient Administration Officer to work within a busy team. This role will support the expansion of the early education entitlements which will roll out in 3 phases from April 2024.
The successful candidate will be a hybrid/agile worker. This will mean:
• Mobile Working
• Using the agile Hub Facilities
• Home Working to some degree
The post is a fixed term / full time, 37 hours per week.
You must have an excellent knowledge and understanding of office procedures, excellent communication, and IT skills, had some experience of financial procedures and can adapt to changing demands to meet tight deadlines. You must also have some experience of supervising staff.
