Two positions have become available within the Education Welfare Service.
The Education Welfare Service is a statutory service that offers a quality provision to children, their families and schools. The aim of the service is to enable pupils to attend school so they can benefit from the educational opportunities available and support families to resolve any problems of non-attendance.
A sound understanding of the education system SIMS and the ability to analyse data and complete reports, along with experience of working with children and families is required. Qualifications in teaching, youth work, social work or similar would be desirable.

Candidates must also possess a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.*
