Required for as soon as possible. This position is in KS1.
We wish to recruit an outstanding Senior Learning Assistant to join our dedicated team in KS1.
The successful candidate will;
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with other staff in KS1 in planning, development, delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum for the children.
- Have the ability to deliver a high quality Read Write Inc phonic session.
- Have the ability to adjust activities according to pupil learning styles and individual needs.
- Have the ability to develop positive relationships with children and staff to assist the progress and attainment of children.
- Have a positive approach to managing children’s behaviour.
- Be an excellent communicator and work well in teams;
- Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children;
- Be committed to the safeguarding of young people;
- Be patient, resourceful and resilient.
