- Be a reflective practitioner who is determined to find the right solution for the individual child;
- Be adaptive and support children in the moment when needed;
- Be positive, enthusiastic and understanding;
- Have high expectations of themselves and our pupils.

In return, we can offer you the following:
- A positive working environment in a school committed to the well-being of the school community;
- An opportunity to help shape the future of our successful school;
- An opportunity to drive key areas of school improvement;
- An inclusive, warm and welcoming team of staff who are committed to improving the life chances of children;
- Well behaved children who are eager to learn;
- A committed, caring and supportive staff team;
- A well-resourced learning and teaching environment;
- Opportunities to develop as a professional through bespoke and tailored training;
- An experienced and dedicated Governing Body who offer support and challenge to the school.
