• be fully conversant with the EYFS and KS1 curriculum

children
• be an excellent practitioner with high expectations for all pupils’ attainment and behaviour
• be passionate about supporting learners of all ability levels, including those with additional needs
• maintain an exceptional, stimulating learning environment in which all children can achieve their full potential
• recognise the important role parents/carers play in their child’s development and is therefore
committed to developing positive professional relationships and maintaining good communication.
•engage all their pupils and ensure they enjoy their learning

It is essential that you send with your application evidence of your teaching ability (e.g. 2 most recent lesson observations reports) As part of the selection process, short listed candidates will be invited to school to deliver a lesson: a further short listing will then take place.
