The Difference you will Make in the role of Performance, Strategy and Information Officer

An opportunity has arisen to recruit a full time Performance, Strategy and Information Officer who will be located within the Supporting Families Team

Supporting Families launched in March 2021 and builds on the previous Troubled Families programme. As set out in ‘Supporting Families 2021 to 2022 and beyond’, its focus is on building the resilience of vulnerable families.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Data Analyst to collate, produce and analyse information and statistical data for the Local Authority and Government departments, to inform service improvement, programme priorities and evidence-based practice. You will work with a broad range of partners to coordinate and collect appropriate data relevant to the delivery of Supporting Families Programme. Your role will help secure the Supporting Families Payment by Results by tracking individual children and families outcomes.

Who should Apply?

Knowledge of the Supporting Families Programme would be an advantage but not essential.

The ideal candidate will need excellent organisational skills, work well under pressure, deliver to deadlines and use your initiative to problem solve and anticipate situations. You will provide support for strategic planning and performance management through the provision of high quality, accurate and timely data insight.

You must have strong data analytical skills and an ability to identifying solutions when approaching problems.
