Job Description
Required from Monday 6th June

The Governors of The Federation of St Mary’s Catholic Schools are seeking to appoint an ambitious, dedicated and innovative teacher. Candidates need to be committed to delivering the best learning opportunities for every child.

As a KS1 class teacher, the successful applicant will demonstrate:
• Excellence in the teaching of Phonics, preferably Read, Write Inc
• Experience as an Early Years practitioner
• The ability to provide high quality teaching
• Passion for learning and the ability to motivate & inspire our children
• Commitment to our school improvement priorities
• High expectations and a clear vision of excellence in Early Years/Year 1
• Commitment to the development of supportive relationships between home, school and outside agencies
• Being an effective communicator with all members of the school community.
• An ambition to develop leadership skills and qualities;
• High aspirations for all children, themselves and a desire to raise standards.
