The governors are currently seeking for a full time Site Maintenance Officer to start immediately. This is a temporary position working in St Cuthbert’s Catholic High School in Sutton, St Helens.
If successful, you will be reporting to the Site Manager and required to:
- Assist with maintenance and repairs
- Have knowledge of maintenance and repairs
- Understanding of Health and Safety in addition to building regulations
- Have strong initiative and the ability to think on your feet
- Be hands on
- Assist with daily checks
- Understand the school’s security system
- Undertake cleaning duties
- Make sure lights are switched off
- Report faulty equipment
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fantastic school. St Cuthbert’s has approximately 910 students and 100 staff.
The post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
