Job Description
A temporary vacancy has arisen for a Family Hub Outreach Practitioner within the Early Help Services and Family Hubs/Children's Centres until 31 March 2025. These are very busy teams working across number of Family Hubs/Children's Centres with multi agency teams co-located across the centres.

You must have a desire to work with children and families, new existing partner agencies, have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise your work.

Duties Include

- Plan, organise and evaluate for key children and group activity sessions
- Complete home visiting
- Facilitate universal and targeted group session
- Use of Children's Social Care databases

The service will be holding an open afternoon on the 13th September 2023 from 1:00pm to 4:30pm at Central Link Children's Centre, Westfield Street, Off Peter Street, St Helens, WA10 2EB for candidates wishing to seek further information on the role and meet the Children's Centre Managers and Family Hub Locality Manager.

The hours of work are 37 hours per week, and will include some evening and weekend work.

There is a requirement to work flexibly across all the Family Hub/Children's Centre areas.
