We are looking for a temporary caring, patient and motivated Learning Assistant to provide
support across EYFS as well as Key Stage 1, however, may be required to work across school in the future.
The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of working with children and
will be expected to have good communication skills and empathy with all children. The governing
body are looking for applicants who are:

Work well as part of a large team
Have good literacy and numeracy skills
Are flexible
Support the inclusive ethos of our school
Have the ability to demonstrate initiative and good time management skills.
This post is linked to the secondment of a colleague and will cease when the post holder returns
to duty, or the post becomes vacant.
