The Governors are looking to appoint a highly motivated and aspiring individual to the role of Clerical Officer as soon as possible.
This post combines both clerical and administrative tasks within the varied and demanding environment of a primary school.
The successful candidate will
· be able to deal effectively with adults and children
· be able to respond positively to developing technology
· be able to demonstrate excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
· be able to deal effectively with the clerical and admin tasks associated with school office work
· be able to prioritise their own workload effectively and efficiently in a busy school office environment
· be responsible for attendance registers, first day response, dinner money procedures and financial records relating to extended schools and voluntary funds
· knowledge of SIMS/FMS and experience of working in a school office would be beneficial but not essential.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 1st December 2022.
