Job Description
Required as soon as possible – initially for 12 months { This post is subject to Pupil Premium funding}

The Governors of this happy, caring Community School seek to appoint an outstanding teacher, to provide intervention support for targeted groups of children as well as some whole class teaching when providing PPA.
You will need to be someone who can inspire and motivate all children.

You need to be an outstanding classroom practitioner who can demonstrate that you ;

• have experience of teaching in a primary school, including the teaching of reading.
• are able to plan effectively to meet the specific needs of children
• Possess a strong and secure subject knowledge in Maths and English, particularly when teaching reading skills
• Are familiar and competent with current assessment practice in mainstream primary schools
• Are self reflective and able to improve your own practice and outcomes for children
• have the ability to make a positive contribution to school improvement.
• work well as part of a team
