Making a difference to children, young people and families.

This dedicated service provides intensive support to children and their families through a dedicated integrated team, with the overall aim of reducing risk to children and keeping them at home with their family. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a developing team and service and to be part of growing the vision for improving services to our most vulnerable children.
Feedback from some of our parents:
Mother – “I hope many more families get the opportunity of the positive changes that the edge of care team have given to my family.”

Mother – “I would like to thank you for everything, for giving me not only the opportunity to prove how much I’ve changed, but for helping me realise that Social Care re not there to tear my family apart, but to hep rebuild my family.”

Mother – “Throughout this case I realised in fact, it’s ok to ask for help, it isn’t a weakness, but actually a sign of bravery and no one is trying to catch you out.”
