At our most recent Ofsted Inspection leadership and management, early years and personal development, welfare and behaviour were judged as outstanding.

Due to our current Deputy Headteacher being appointed as the Headteacher of Holy Spirit from September 2022 the Governors are seeking to appoint a new Deputy Headteacher for September 2022. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and inspirational leader to move our school to the next stage of its aspirational journey.

The Deputy Headteacher for our school will:
• Be a committed, practising Catholic with a clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic Education and who will continue to put our Catholic ethos at the heart of all we do
• Put our children first, ensuring relationships, curriculum, teaching, and experiences support all children to achieve
•Be an outstanding teacher who inspires children and is able to share exemplary practice
• Continue to develop and sustain a culture of high expectations, respect and ambition for all in the school
• Have the strategic vision to move our school from strength to strength and promotes a nurturing and inclusive ethos
• Have excellent relational skills, a positive attitude, is approachable and listens
