The Governors of our outstanding school are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and well-motivated Learning Assistants to support two KS2 children with special educational needs during the morning and to support groups within the classroom in the afternoon.
This appointment is subject to external annual funding connected to EHCPs/provision agreements.
The person we appoint will:
- have successful experience of working with children
- be an excellent communicator and team player
- be pro-active in approach in supporting very high academic standards
- have high expectations of all children’s attitude and behaviour
- be eager to develop their skills and experience
- be committed to excellence and enjoyment
- be committed to the safeguarding, welfare and personal development of young people
- contribute to the wider life of the school
- have experience of supporting children with additional needs
