Following sixteen years of dedicated and highly successful service our current Headteacher is leaving to pursue new challenges.
The pupils, staff and Governors of St. Mary’s Catholic Primary Blackbrook are seeking to appoint an inspirational, creative, and highly motivated Catholic Headteacher to lead our school and move it to the next stage of its aspirational journey.
We wish to appoint:
• a practising Catholic who will celebrate, support, and develop our school’s ethos.
• someone who will be committed to living out our Mission Statement.
• someone who has the ability to put the needs of the children first, ensuring that they continue to be excited about all aspects of their learning journey whilst developing their individual talents to the full.
• a headteacher with a clear vision for taking our school forward from strength to strength.
• a leader who will challenge and empower staff to be the best they can be whilst being committed to their own professional development.
• someone with a strong, proven track record of raising standards across the key stages.
• a person with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, a good listener and very approachable.
• an excellent communicator who is committed to working closely in partnership with parents, Governors, the Parish, the Archdiocese, the Local Authority, and the wider community.
