The governors of St Anne’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a Pupil Wellbeing and Operational Attendance Manager from January 2025 this post is temporary to cover maternity leave and will end upon the return of the current postholder.

Can you:
Work as part of a wider school Wellbeing Team to provide effective pastoral support for our children and families?
Work effectively with Education Welfare and other external agencies to achieve and sustain a positive approach to school attendance for our children?
Champion school attendance and punctuality across the whole of our school community?
Work diligently and effectively, keeping accurate records and tracking of pupil and whole school attendance in line with DFE requirements?

This post requires excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills. In addition, the post holder will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
You will work with our teaching team, promoting pupil independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. You will assist pupils so they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. You will also provide supervision and or activities during the school lunch break.
