Making A Difference as a Recruitment Officer
Our People Management team have a pivotal role at the council providing a frontline HR service to our internal customers. As a Recruitment Officer you will provide on-boarding and general recruitment administration support within our People Services and Schools teams.

This role would suit an individual looking for a step into HR or recruitment or someone who wants to develop within a wider Recruitment and /or People /HR environment, an administrator or an agency recruiter wishing to make a move to internal recruitment within a HR environment.
HR experience is not required but organisational skills are a must as is the ability to prioritise workload. You will have a can-do approach to your work, be solution focused and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including internal hiring managers and external applicants. You will be joining a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
This is a hybrid-based role which will require you to be based at our offices in St Helens mixed with home working. Free parking is available.
