The Governing Body of this happy, successful Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint an Office Manager, to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will be a valuable team member, capable of showing initiative. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant, welcoming manner. Experience of working in a busy office environment, utilising IT programs and packages is essential as is support of the Catholic values and ethos of this Voluntary Aided School.
Knowledge of SIMS.net, FMS and School Fund procedures is advantageous.
Confidentiality is essential for this post, together with excellent organisational and time management skills.
The hours of work will be Monday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm, Tuesday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Wednesday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Thursday 8:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 - 4 pm.

37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days.
