The Governors wish to appoint 3 experienced, enthusiastic and caring individuals to support children in our school with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The role will also include 2 hours supporting in our after-school provision.
Previous experience of supporting children with physical, behavioural and social needs would be an advantage. This post is temporary, linked to external funding and will cease in line with this or when the child leaves the setting.
Successful applicants must be willing to take ownership of tailoring the learning and resources to the child/children they work with; including the environment around them. A flexible approach to duties will be required, together with a desire to work as part of a team and contribute to the wider life of school. Candidates must be committed to overcoming barriers to learning to enable all children to reach their full potential.
