At key points where people maybe at risk of falling into rough sleeping, for example Housing and Supported Housing Evictions, Hospital Discharge, Prison Release, Care Leavers, Asylum claim refusals and young people aged 16-17.

You will be supported to develop the prevention programme by the multi-agency Complex Cares steering group who are working together to strengthen the support for people with existing complex needs.

You will need to be able to establish good relationships and networks with a range of services that will include Housing, Health, Criminal Justice, Children's Social Care and the role would suit someone with a background in any of those areas.

You will need to show a drive and commitment to ending rough sleeping and homelessness, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. A willingness to learn, adapt and lead change will also be required.
