Due to progression within the service an exciting opportunity has arose for three committed, innovative, and aspirational people to join the Futures Team.
The team works together with our Care Leavers to ensure they reach the best possible outcomes and are supported into adulthood.
The ethos of our team is to support our young people to enable them to live happy, healthy, and successful adult lives.
We aim to empower them to achieve their potential, which we know all of them can do.
The Personal Adviser role is diverse, demanding and most importantly rewarding. You will be expected to be dynamic in your approach to support young people age 16-25 with a range of support needs.
The role will include working with different agencies, co-ordinating creative plans to support progression for a young person, managing risk, working autonomously and there will be a commitment to professional development to enhance our improvement journey.
The role will require at least an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care, Child Care, Youth & Community Work etc.
