We are seeking to appoint 2 x Senior Learning Assistants to join our reading intervention team. The posts will have a specific focus on reading recovery, and you will be trained to deliver intensive support through our chosen intervention strategies to individuals and small groups of students
The successful candidates will have successful experience of reading recovery or be a graduate with an infectious passion for reading.
The posts may suit graduates who are keen to develop an extensive and immersive school experience and who may be interested in training to teach at a later date. There are several teacher training options that we can support.
