Applications are invited for 18.5 hr post of Clerical Officer, within the Payments and Charges Team, currently agile working but with hubs at Forster House and Atlas House.
The successful candidate will provide Clerical Support to the Payments and Charges Team.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly using your own initiative. In order to effectively support the team, you must be skilled in information technology e.g. spreadsheets, databases, as well as being able to develop effective admin and financial management systems.
Dealing with enquiries by telephone and e-mail, is an essential part of this role.
A successful candidate will hold a NVQ Level II or equivalent.
