Learning Manager Level 4 (HLTA) - 2 posts, one of which is temporary for 1 year (in the first instance).
Required 4th September 2023 or as soon as possible after this date, the Governors of Rectory CE Primary School are seeking to appoint two highly effective and experienced Learning Manager level 4 (HLTA) who are able to provide ‘Excellence Everyday’ in delivering PPA cover, ‘catch-up’ programmes and cover for classes including staff learning sessions.
The successful candidates will work across school and our ASD provision and have experience in supporting groups and delivering whole class sessions. The role will include providing cover to enable Planning, Preparation and Assessment time to be effectively managed, and delivering intervention ‘catch-up’ programmes. The role will also involve supervision of breakfast or after school club.
