We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic Behaviour Unit Manager. Cowley has an excellent reputation for providing a caring and supportive environment for all our students.
The successful candidate will require strong communication skills to enable them to work with a variety of partners, patience, resilience, strength of character and a friendly determination, to deal with some of our most vulnerable students and their families, with a particular focus on those at risk of exclusion.
