Job Description
Oakdene Primary School are looking to appoint a Clerical Assistant to commence as soon as possible

The post is for 18 hours, term time only + 5 INSET Days.

Wednesday 13.00 – 4.00pm, Thursday & Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm

Oakdene Primary School would like to appoint a highly motivated clerical assistant to be a part of our busy school office.

The clerical assistant is accountable to the Office Manager.
The clerical assistant will be required to provide all clerical tasks including answering the telephone, monitoring and replying to school emails and class Dojo messaging system as well as providing reception duties and any other duties as required.

The governing body is looking for applicants who have:
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Resilience
· A calm and nurturing approach
· Patience.

Experience of working in a busy office environment, utilising IT programs and packages is desirable.

Previous experience of working in a school office is advantageous
