Job Description
The Governors of Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with a child within Key Stage 2. The position is to commence as soon as possible.

The candidate must have experience in a primary school setting and possess the aptitude and desire to support the delivery of quality education. The candidate should be experienced in the delivery of intervention programmes. Ideally candidates should have experience of working with children with ASD and speech and language difficulties, please make your experience clear in the application.

The role will consist of:
Supporting pupil learning one-to-one.
Provide structured programmes to pupils.
Preparing and maintaining teaching resources.
Assist in a high quality of provision of welfare

The applicant should be experienced at working in a team environment, be hard working, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work on own initiative. The successful candidate should have high expectations of themselves and our children. You will need to have an understanding of SEND, and will have a working knowledge of, and the delivery of intervention programmes.
