The governors at Sherdley Primary School wish to appoint an efficient Administrative Assistant capable of providing administrative support in our very busy school office.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent levels of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, have an excellent telephone manner and demonstrate organisational skills. They must have experience of working in an administrative role previously.
Knowledge of Arbor and working in a school are desirable.
The successful candidate must be able to support and facilitate the work of others, be flexible and adaptable, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. They should be pleasant, enthusiastic and be prepared to work as part of a team and be responsible to the School Business Manager.
This post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.

Hours: 25 hours per week, 8.15am-1.15pm Mon-Fri TTO plus 1 week
(there can be some flexibility on the hours to suit the needs of the school)
