In November 2021, Ofsted judged Cowley International College as “Good”.
Ofsted November 2021 – ‘Pupils, including students in the sixth form, said that Cowley
International College is a special place to learn. They said that they feel safe and happy
in school’.
‘Leaders, including governors, ensure that pupils and students are at the centre of each
decision that is made at Cowley International College. They are determined that
everybody associated with the school is given the opportunity to succeed.’

A Library and Resource Centre Manager is required to oversee and manage our modern,
vibrant and well-resourced centre. Applicants should have relevant library management
experience and a sound understanding of strategies to develop reading and literacy skills.
The successful candidate will be influential in the strategic direction of the Library and
Resource Centre and play a key role in the promotion of reading amongst students and as
such will require extensive knowledge of children’s literature.
