Job Description
Are you an experienced social worker looking for a new challenge? Are you thinking about taking that next step in your career? Then the Child in Need Coordinator role could be the perfect position for you! The Child in Need Coordinator is positioned at the Team Manager level but you will not be required to manage a team or hold a caseload. This is an excellent opportunity and a fantastic role for anyone wanting to take the next step in their career or anyone that wants a new challenge.

Reporting to the Principal Social Worker, you will be responsible to coordinate and drive practice development of child in need work and improve the quality of child in need work. You will be an experienced practitioner with a high level of skills and knowledge, who models good practice and is passionate about supporting children and families. You will have excellent leadership skills and will be confident in providing high support and high challenge, to help drive continuous practice improvement. We want someone who is enthusiastic, full of energy and excited to be an important part of our improvement journey.
