St Helens Borough Council require 2 x Programme Managers to support the organisation in leading and delivering change in accordance with our Borough Strategy priorities as we implement an innovative and ambitious transformation programme.
The roles offer an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the transformation agenda, from incubating ideas into projects and developing and delivering benefits.
The projects and programmes will differ in nature, but all will lead to sustainable business change and all will make a significant contribution to the Council’s strategic aims.
To help us make this change a reality we are looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about innovation and can deliver change
- Have great communication skills and can engage across the organisation and with partners
- Are proactive and driven
There are two Programme Manager roles - to lead, innovate and deliver service redesign in: Corporate Services, and Integrated Health and Social Care.
The roles are:
1. Programme Manager – Corporate Services Transformation
2. Programme Manager – Integrated Health and Social Care Transformation
