Required September 2021
The Governors at Mill Green are seeking to appoint creative and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who can support our 14-19 additional needs students and ensure they flourish as life-long learners.
Mill Green offers a wide and varied curriculum for our young people, including vocational opportunity, enrichment and work experience; we promote independence and life skills so that students can progress into the wider world.
Visits to the school are warmly encouraged and would give you a greater insight into the uniqueness of Mill Green. We have been graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in our last two inspections - but more importantly we are a team of staff who genuinely strive to make life more rewarding for our students.
In applying you should:
• Want to be a part of the Mill Green team approach
• Have a genuine interest and desire to promote opportunity for additional needs students
• Have the ambition for continual professional development
• Be resolute in the face of challenges and be ready to celebrate success
Thank you for your interest in Mill Green School. We would be delighted to receive your application and hopefully look forward to meeting you in due course.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
