Details:
We require an experienced Art Technician to work under the direction of the Curriculum Leader to provide an efficient and comprehensive technical service to the art department.
The successful candidate will be required to:
• As part of lesson preparation, maintain and organise the setting up of equipment, prepare materials as directed and prepare and provide technical support for exam classes.
• Establish good working relationships with the students concerned, acting as a role model
• Provide general administrative support to the art department including maintenance of notice boards in and around school.
• Be aware of and comply with school policies relating to child protection, health & safety, confidentiality and data protection
The post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
