Making A Difference as a Temporary Care Arranger in Market Relationships
The Market Relationships Team are recruiting a Brokering Assistant, on a temporary basis to 31.03.2024.

This role is pivotal to a new initiative that is being piloted to aid timely discharges from the hospital, for those service users who are moving to or returning to a care home or are requiring a package of domiciliary care within their own home. The role involves establishing good working relationships with the care homes, domiciliary care agencies and a range of professionals to ensure a smooth transition for the service user and to support the hospital through demanding pressures.
