The Difference you will Make in the role of Partnership Co-ordinator
An opportunity has arisen to recruit a full time, fixed term Partnership Co-ordinator. The role is working with partner agencies to support and mentor colleagues to respond to early identification and offer early help support, ensuring the completion of consistent, good quality assessments.
The Co-ordiantor will be responsible for embedding the use of EHAT and Family Action Meeting Procedures to ensure the needs of vulnerable children and young people in St Helens are promoted.
Who should Apply?
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of early help and the ability to build effective relationships with partners. Who is able to lead, motivate and challenge, have excellent time management skills, and an ability to work on their own initiative and prioritise accordingly.
