The Governors of this warm, friendly and hardworking school are seeking to appoint a Clerical Officer to join our busy school office team.
The successful candidate will be personable, well organised and highly efficient.
He/she will be primarily responsible for undertaking all duties relating to the electronic management of school monies e.g. dinner money, Kids’ Club and school funds, together with all general office and reception duties. A working knowledge of all office tasks will be required.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent levels of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills. They must be able to prioritise their workload effectively within a fast-paced school office environment and must have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of SIMS/FMS and experience of
working in a school office would be beneficial but not essential.
The person must be able to use their initiative and have excellent time management.
They must be able to support and facilitate the work of others, be flexible and adaptable.
