Joining us as a Social Worker in Children We Look After means you firstly be the best corporate parent to our children. You will be an invaluable resource to our children, the team and department working in a diverse, challenging and rewarding environment. You will build relationships with our children and families. This will support them to achieve aspirational outcomes through putting the child at the centre of your practice and working with other agencies to overcome any hurdles.

As a team, you will engage in professional development through support from our improvement team, external bespoke training and internal development projects. You will champion the work we do for our care experienced children and engage in regular reflective supervision and team development opportunities to keep innovation at the centre of our practice.

This is a hybrid position with some home working, however the post will require you to be based at our offices in St Helens and be able to attend the St Helens area regularly as part of your work.
