Making A Difference as A Clerical Officer – Integrated Discharge Team, Contact Cares

An opportunity has arisen to join the clerical team within the Integrated Discharge team, based in Nightingale House, Whiston hospital. The clerical team are primarily responsible for processing referrals we receive for patients within the hospital, completing section 2 notifications, data recording, telephone contact with service users/carers and other professionals, minute taking, and providing support to the team as required. Training will be available for necessary electronic systems, such as the Integrated Adults System, Careflow, Lotus notes and excel.
