The Health & Social Care Level 2 apprenticeship will help you to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to progress within a modern and busy care environment.
You will assist the Care & Support Team to provide a professional service, including: -
Working with service users at Stephensons Resource Centre
Supporting service users within a variety of activities (including music, sensory, art, walking, outdoor activities)
Understand confidentiality procedures
Understand security procedures
Maintain effective communication with your colleagues regarding service users
Helping service users at lunch time – eating / drinking
You will :-
have confident communication skills,
be able to work as part of a team
be able to demonstrate good organisation skills
appreciate and be able to maintain confidentiality
have an understanding of the care industry
