An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our established team at Brookfield Support Centre.
The team is multi-disciplinary and works with adults to promote their independence and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and facilitate timely hospital discharge.
Working in a busy office and as part of the team you will be able to prioritise task and respond to different demands as well as being confident in the use of I.T. and electronic systems e.g. excel sheets, Integrated Adults System, (IAS) lotus notes, Teams etc.
You will also need excellent verbal and written skills as some work will be taking telephone calls/messages from service users, carers, general public, and other professionals.
The successful candidate will be working on a 6-week rota basis including weekends and bank holidays and must have a flexible approach to ensure the service is fully supported.
