Job Description
The Governors of Holy Cross Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a Learning Assistant to support a children with a variety of SEND needs.

We currently have two posts for Learning Support Assistants in EYFS/KS1 and KS2. Hours of working are 8.00am to 3.30pm

About the School
Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is a one form entry school with a Nursery based in the Town ward of St. Helens. We are an integral part of the local community and are very family orientated with a strong Catholic ethos. The candidate ideally should have at least one years’ work experience in a primary school setting and have worked with children with various additional needs, including social, emotional and communication difficulties. Candidates should possess the aptitude and desire to support the delivery of quality education and have high aspirations for children with Special Educational Needs. Previous experience of working with children, within a school setting, and with SEN is essential.
