At The Grove children's home we pride ourselves on providing high quality care to children aged 12 to 17, for which we were rewarded with a Good Ofsted Inspection, with aspects of Outstanding practice.
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in a residential setting, working directly with young people and be able to identify and manage challenging behaviours.
You will also be able to employ methods of communication, which are appropriate to the needs of the young person.
It is essential that you are able to work on a shift rota basis, which includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

You must possess a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
