We have a vacancy for a Senior Cleaner based at Kershaw Day Centre.

The hours of work are 11.25 per week. The times of work are Monday to Friday from 7.00am - 8.30am and 3.30pm - 6.00pm (variable to meet the needs of the service).

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school, creating a positive environment for pupils to learn in and for teachers to teach in. Duties will consist of supervision of a small team, ordering of stock and management of time sheets. Cleaning duties comprise of brushing, mopping, hoovering, dusting, polishing and buffing. A skilled and knowledgeable management team will provide support to the successful candidate.

Areas that require cleaning include classrooms, offices, corridors, halls and toilets with periodic work undertaken during school holidays.
