Making a Difference as Assistant Director - Revenues, Benefits & Contact Centre
We have an ambitious transformation journey planned over the next 12 – 24 months which will deliver an optimal customer experience, supporting our most vulnerable residents whilst also delivering an effective and efficient service.
We are investing in new technology and looking to further transform services to customers through new ways of working. You will be at the forefront of this change.

This is a really exciting role at a pivotal time for our Council so we’re looking for someone with the energy, enthusiasm and resilience to lead us forward in line with our values. You will be collaborative and thrive on working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation including our senior leadership team to deliver a brilliant experience for our customers. You will know your stuff when it comes to all things revenues and benefits with a strong ability to bring this to life using data-led approaches and creative organisational solutions. Most of all you will have drive, initiative and a passion for the service.

Technical interviews will be via Teams on either 15 or 16 October and final interviews in person either 31 October or 1 November.
