Job Description
The governors of St Anne’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a Pupil Wellbeing and Operational Attendance Manager from September 2022.

Engage and motivate our children? Inspire and support our children, families and collegues? Ensure and evidence pupil progress? Demonstrate experience and commitment? Engender enthusiasm? Show resilience and humour in the face of challenge? Co-operate with others as a strong team member? Work flexibly to undertake a range of tasks? Effectively communicate with parents? Provide direction guidance and care for vulnerable young people?

This post requires a sound knowledge of child development, excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills. In addition, the post holder will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.

You will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting pupil independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. You will assist pupils so they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. You will also provide supervision and or activities during the school lunch break.
