Job Description
The governors of St Anne’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a Pupil Wellbeing and Operational Attendance Manager from September 2022.

Show resilience and humour in the face of challenge? Co-operate with others as a strong team member? Work flexibly to undertake a range of tasks? Effectively communicate with parents? Provide direction guidance and care for vulnerable young people?

This post requires a sound knowledge of child development, excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills. In addition, the post holder will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.

You will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting pupil independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. You will assist pupils so they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. You will also provide supervision and or activities during the school lunch break.
